Bellarmine does all things ad majorem dei gloriam (for the greater glory of God) and fosters a culture that teaches students to practice generosity - to live up to the challenge of the Jesuit motto of becoming "men for and with others" - students dedicated to the betterment of their world. This devotion to others manifests itself through the thousands of hours of service performed by our students each year, as well as the numerous spiritual retreats and immersion trips our students attend.
We offer an interesting and challenging academic program that prepares each student to go on to college, with many of our alumni attending some of the finest schools in the country. Students thrive in classes as diverse as Biochemistry, multiple levels of Calculus, World Religions, a William Faulkner Seminar, Symphonic Band and Ceramics.
Outside of the classroom, Bellarmine students enjoy participating in our 13 sports, with 36 total teams. Bellarmine meets with a remarkable amount of success in these athletic endeavors, having won more CCS titles than any other school.
We boast an extensive co-curricular program. Students can choose from more than 100 student-organized clubs, a thriving Theatre Arts program, one of the most successful Speech and Debate programs in the country, an award-winning yearbook, a robotics team that has claimed victory in the World Championships of Robotics three times since 2011, and a National Championship-winning quiz bowl team. We truly have something for everyone!
